Dong Guan Chinese Sausage 
Dongguan sausage is less than 2 to 3 cm long, like a small oval meat ball. It is different from ordinary lap cheong in production. It uses fresh pig casings processed on the same day to make sausage casings. It uses 8:2 lean and fat meat to cut into pieces and mix well. After bundling, they are naturally air-dried to a moderate degree, and then they are placed in the fire cabinet and baked at low heat until they are transparent and dry. Therefore, Dongguan sausages have a unique flavor, bright colors, crisp, mellow, delicious.
